Terms of service

These terms cover use of this website and cleaning services provided by J&B Pro Cleaning in New Hampshire and Maine.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free, written and non-binding until you accept them. Price depends on the size of the space, the number of bathrooms, its condition and how often we clean. If the space is materially different from what was described, we will tell you before starting and re-quote rather than surprise you afterwards.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

You are responsible for giving us access at the agreed time. If we cannot get in, the visit may be treated as performed. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can re-fill the slot.

Satisfaction re-clean

If something in scope was missed, tell us within 48 hours of the visit and we will return to re-clean those areas at no additional charge. The remedy is a re-clean, not an automatic refund.

What we do not do

We do not perform biohazard or hoarding remediation, mold removal, pest control, exterior window work at height, chimney or duct cleaning, or heavy lifting of furniture and appliances. We will not clean surfaces where the manufacturer's care instructions conflict with what the job requires.

Damage, valuables and liability

We are insured and bonded. Report any damage within 48 hours so we can inspect it. Please store cash, jewelry, firearms and irreplaceable items securely before a visit. We are not liable for pre-existing wear, failing fixtures or items that were already damaged.

Payment

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Recurring service continues until either side cancels.
