    About us

A women-led cleaning company on the Seacoast

J&B Pro Cleaning is run by the women who clean. We work in homes, rentals and small commercial spaces across the New Hampshire Seacoast and southern Maine, and we would rather keep a small number of clients happy for years than chase every job in the region.

    Women-led, all the way down

An all-women crew in your home, run day to day by women

Everyone who cleans for J&B is a woman. The owner handles quoting, scheduling and the walkthrough rather than cleaning, so there is one person accountable for your visit and a crew who does this work for a living.

That matters for a practical reason. You are letting someone into your kitchen and your bedrooms — and plenty of people, especially women living alone and families with small children at home, are simply more comfortable with a women-only crew. If that is you, it is the whole point. If it makes no difference to you, you still get a screened, insured, trained crew.

    • Background-checked

Every cleaner is screened before her first job. No day-labor subcontracting, ever.

    • Insured and bonded

The company carries liability insurance and a bond while we work in your home.

    • Same crew every visit

Wherever scheduling allows, the same women come back so nobody relearns your space.

    • One shared checklist

Everyone is trained on the same room-by-room order, so the result does not depend on who came.

    Meet the crew

Photos and first names go here once the crew has agreed to be photographed. Until then these are the roles on a visit — we would rather show you an outline than invent a face.

    • Owner & manager

Quotes, scheduling and the walkthrough. She runs the business, not a mop.

    • Lead cleaner

Runs the checklist on site and is the person you meet on the first visit.

    • Crew cleaner

Trained on the same checklist, so a room is worked the same way every time.

    • Crew cleaner

Pairs with the lead so two people cover a home in half the time.

    Who cleans your home?

A small crew of women who do this work for a living, led by the owner. The people you meet on the first visit are the people who come back. Nobody is subcontracted out of a staffing app, and we do not hand your key to a stranger to cover a shift.

How are the cleaners vetted and trained?

Every cleaner is background-checked before their first job, and no one works alone in a client's home until they have run our checklists with an experienced crew member. Training is practical: what order to work a room in, which product belongs on stone, wood or glass, and what to photograph and flag instead of guessing.

The company is insured and bonded, so if something goes wrong in your home there is real coverage behind it rather than a promise.

What supplies and equipment do you bring?

We arrive with everything needed: vacuums, microfiber cloths colour-separated by area, mops, buckets, bathroom and kitchen products, glass cleaner and, for construction dust, HEPA filtration. Supplies are part of the quoted price. If you would rather we use your products — a specific stone cleaner, a pet-safe or fragrance-free line — leave them out and tell us, and we will.

How do quoting and scheduling work?

You describe the space through the quote form or on the phone, and we reply with a free written price based on size, bathrooms, condition and frequency. For larger homes, offices and post-construction work we prefer to see the space first so the number holds. Once you approve it, we fix the day and, for recurring clients, the same slot each cycle.

We do not publish flat prices because a 1,200 sq ft condo cleaned every two weeks and a 3,000 sq ft house after a renovation are not the same job. Quotes are non-binding and confirmed before any work starts.

Why is post-construction cleaning a core service?

Because the same family runs J&B Drywall & Paint, a drywall and painting company. We have spent years cleaning up after our own crews, so we know exactly how fine drywall dust travels through a house, settles twice, and shows up on trim a week later. That experience is why builders and homeowners call us for the final clean before hand-over.

If your project also needs drywall or paint work, you can look at J&B Drywall & Paint. The two companies share a phone line, so mention which service you are calling about.
