Get your Saturday back
You should not spend your one free day scrubbing a shower. Tell us about your home and an all-women crew arrives with everything needed, works from a checklist and leaves your kitchen, bathrooms and floors the way you wish they looked all week.
- Supplies included
- Insured, bonded, background-checked
- Free written quote

The same women at your door each visit.
Is this you?
Most people call us in one of three moments
You do not need a reason beyond wanting your time back. But if one of these sounds like your week, you are in exactly the right place — and we already know what your first clean should be.
Both of you work, and Saturday keeps disappearing
By the time the week ends there is laundry, a kitchen floor nobody has touched and a bathroom you keep apologising for. A visit every week or every two weeks takes that whole list off your Saturday.
Recurring house cleaningCheckout is at 10 and check-in is at 3
You have five hours, fresh linens, a restock and a guest who will photograph anything you miss. We turn the unit over in that window and send you photos before the next arrival.
Airbnb turnover cleaningThe job is finished and it is covered in drywall dust
The trim is caulked, the paint is dry, and there is fine dust on every surface and inside every track. We clean it in multiple passes so it does not reappear on the client's walkthrough.
Post-construction cleaning
Services
What kind of cleaning does your place need?
We do six kinds of work: recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning after remodels, office and commercial cleaning, and same-day turnovers for Airbnb and vacation rentals. Not sure which one you need? Describe the space and we will tell you honestly.

Recurring House Cleaning
A repeating visit — weekly, every two weeks or monthly — that keeps kitchens, bathrooms, floors and surfaces in steady shape with the same crew each time.
See what this includes
Deep Cleaning
A slower, detail-first clean: baseboards, door frames, inside the oven and fridge on request, tile and grout, vents, and the build-up a routine visit skims past.
See what this includes
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
An empty-home clean done to inspection standard — cabinets inside and out, appliances, closets, bathrooms and floors — so a sale, closing or lease hand-off goes smoothly.
See what this includes
Post-Construction Cleaning
Fine drywall dust removal after remodels and paint work, including HEPA vacuuming, wipe-downs of every surface, window interiors and final detail before hand-over.

Office / Commercial Cleaning
Evening or early-morning service for offices, clinics and small commercial spaces: restrooms, break rooms, desks, glass, trash and floors on a fixed schedule.

Airbnb / Vacation Rental Turnover
Same-day turnovers between guests with linen changes, restocking, staging photos on request and a checklist built around your listing's standards.

What’s included
What is included in a standard cleaning visit?
A standard visit covers your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: dusting from high surfaces down, counters and appliance exteriors, showers, tubs and toilets, mirrors, switches and handles, then vacuuming and mopping every floor. Supplies and equipment are included in the price.
Kitchen
- Counters, backsplash and sink scrubbed
- Appliance exteriors and cooktop degreased
- Cabinet fronts wiped, handles disinfected
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, trash out
Bathrooms
- Showers, tubs and glass descaled
- Toilets cleaned inside and out
- Mirrors and fixtures polished
- Floors scrubbed along the edges
Living areas & bedrooms
- Dusting from high surfaces down
- Beds made, linens changed on request
- Vacuuming under reachable furniture
- Switches, handles and door frames wiped
Inside the oven and fridge, interior windows, tile and grout detail and baseboard-level work belong to a deep clean or a move-out clean. Ask and we will tell you which one your home actually needs.
Your first clean
What does your first clean actually look like?
Four steps: you describe the space, you get a free written price, we walk the first visit with you, and you check the result with a 48-hour re-clean behind it. Letting someone into your home is the hard part of this purchase, so we keep every step visible and nothing is binding until you agree to the price.
- 1
You tell us about the space
Fill in the form or call and tell us the size, how many bathrooms, the condition it is really in and how often you want us. No inspection, no sales pitch, no judgement about the state of your kitchen.
- 2
You get a price in writing
We reply with a written quote and exactly what it covers, usually the same business day. Nothing is booked or charged until you say yes. For bigger homes, offices and post-construction work we walk the space first so the number holds.
- 3
We walk the first visit with you
On the first clean you can meet the crew and point out what matters — the stone counter, the room the dog sleeps in, the shower that always gets missed. After that you can be there or not; most people leave a code and go about their day.
- 4
You check it, and we stand behind it
You get a message when we start and when we finish. Look it over, and if anything was missed tell us within 48 hours — we come back and re-clean those areas at no extra charge.
Still uneasy about the key? Say so on the phone.
Plenty of people want to be home for the first two or three visits before they hand over a code. That is normal and it is not a problem — call (978) 805-8654 and we will schedule around you.
Women-led, all the way down
An all-women crew in your home, run day to day by women
Everyone who cleans for J&B is a woman. The owner handles quoting, scheduling and the walkthrough rather than cleaning, so there is one person accountable for your visit and a crew who does this work for a living.
That matters for a practical reason. You are letting someone into your kitchen and your bedrooms — and plenty of people, especially women living alone and families with small children at home, are simply more comfortable with a women-only crew. If that is you, it is the whole point. If it makes no difference to you, you still get a screened, insured, trained crew.
Background-checked
Every cleaner is screened before her first job. No day-labor subcontracting, ever.
Insured and bonded
The company carries liability insurance and a bond while we work in your home.
Same crew every visit
Wherever scheduling allows, the same women come back so nobody relearns your space.
One shared checklist
Everyone is trained on the same room-by-room order, so the result does not depend on who came.
Meet the crew
Photos and first names go here once the crew has agreed to be photographed. Until then these are the roles on a visit — we would rather show you an outline than invent a face.
Owner & manager
Quotes, scheduling and the walkthrough. She runs the business, not a mop.
Lead cleaner
Runs the checklist on site and is the person you meet on the first visit.
Crew cleaner
Trained on the same checklist, so a room is worked the same way every time.
Crew cleaner
Pairs with the lead so two people cover a home in half the time.
The result
Real homes we have actually cleaned
Photographs from our own jobs — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms, shot the day the work was finished. Look at the detail and decide whether that is the standard you want in your home.

FAQ
Common questions about our cleaning service
- How much does house cleaning cost?
- Price depends on the size of the home, how many bathrooms it has, its current condition and how often we come back. A recurring visit costs less per clean than a one-time deep clean of the same house. We give a free written quote after we understand the space, and confirm it before any work begins.
- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
- No. Most clients give us a door code, a lockbox or a key and go about their day. We text when the crew arrives and when the visit is finished. If you prefer to be there for the first clean so you can point out priorities, that works just as well.
- Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
- Yes. Our crews arrive with vacuums, microfiber cloths, mops and all cleaning products included in the quote. If you would rather we use a specific product for a stone counter, a wood floor or a pet-sensitive household, leave it out and tell us — we will use yours instead.
- Which towns in New Hampshire and Maine do you serve?
- We serve the New Hampshire Seacoast and southern Maine — including Portsmouth, Dover, Rochester, Exeter and Hampton in New Hampshire, and Kittery, York, Wells, Sanford and Biddeford in Maine. If your town is nearby but not listed, call and ask; we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
- Is J&B Pro Cleaning insured and are the cleaners screened?
- Yes. The company is insured and bonded, and every cleaner is background-checked before entering a client's home. Crews are trained on our checklists and, wherever scheduling allows, the same team returns to your home each visit so you are not meeting strangers repeatedly.
- What happens if I am not happy with the clean?
- Tell us within 48 hours and we come back to re-clean the areas you flag at no extra charge. We would rather fix a missed shower door than argue about it. If something in the checklist did not get done, that is on us, and correcting it is part of the price you already paid.
