The difference between this and a deep clean is depth, not care. A maintenance visit works surfaces that get used weekly. A deep clean goes after the things that only need attention once or twice a year — inside the oven, grout, window tracks, baseboards, behind furniture — and takes two to three times as long.
Because of that, homes that have not been professionally cleaned in a while usually need one deep clean first. We will say so plainly in the quote rather than sending a crew for four hours into a job that needs eight and calling the result disappointing.

We do not publish a flat rate because two homes with the same square footage can be very different jobs. These are the factors that move a recurring quote up or down.
- Square footage and layout
- Floor area sets the baseline, but layout matters too — a 1,600 sq ft ranch cleans faster than the same footage split over three floors with two staircases.
- Number of bathrooms
- Bathrooms are the slowest rooms in any house. A three-bath home takes meaningfully longer than a one-bath home of similar size.
- Condition at the start
- A home that has been maintained is a shorter visit than one catching up. If it needs a deep clean first, that is a separate one-time price, then the recurring rate settles lower.
- Frequency
- Weekly costs less per visit than monthly, because less has accumulated between visits. Monthly homes are closer to a light deep clean each time.
- Pets
- Shedding animals add vacuuming passes, lint work on upholstery and more filter changes. It is not a penalty, it is time.
- Access and parking
- A driveway and a door code is the fast case. Street parking with a permit, a third-floor walk-up, or waiting for a building manager adds time before we start.
- Whether the home is occupied
- Working around people, children and pets during the visit is slower than an empty house, and we plan around it rather than rushing you out.
- Add-ons you want on a cycle
- Interior windows quarterly, fridge every third visit, oven twice a year — anything on a rotation is priced into the schedule up front.

Monthly works for smaller households and couples, but expect each visit to take longer because more has built up.
Do I get the same cleaners every visit?
Yes, wherever scheduling allows. Recurring clients are assigned a crew, and that crew keeps the route. They learn where things belong, which surfaces need a specific product and what you care about most, which makes them faster over time — and that is what lets us hold your price instead of raising it.
Does my first cleaning need to be a deep clean?
Often, yes. If the home has not been professionally cleaned in six months or more, a maintenance visit will not reach the built-up grime in showers, on baseboards and around appliances. We quote the first visit as a one-time deep clean, then the recurring visits stay shorter and cheaper from there.
What do I do about my pets during the cleaning?
Tell us what they are and how they react to strangers and vacuums. Friendly animals can stay out; anxious or territorial ones should be crated or in a closed room, and we will keep that door shut. We do not handle pet waste or litter box contents, but we do clean the surrounding floor.
How do I reschedule or skip a cleaning?
Call or text us at least 24 hours ahead and we will move you to another day that week or skip the cycle without a fee. Same-day cancellations are harder because the crew has already been routed, so we ask for notice when you can give it. Holiday weeks get confirmed in advance.
