Office and commercial cleaning in New Hampshire and Maine

Recurring service on a written scope, run after hours so your team never sees us working. The checklist stays the same every visit, which is the only way a commercial standard holds over months.

What does commercial office cleaning include?

Office cleaning from J&B Pro Cleaning is a recurring contract for small commercial spaces in New Hampshire and Maine: restrooms disinfected and restocked, break room and kitchen, high-touch points sanitized, trash and recycling removed, floors vacuumed and mopped, and entry glass and doors cleaned — all on a fixed written checklist.

Scheduling is the part clients care about most. We work evenings, early mornings or weekends, so no one is vacuuming behind a client meeting and no patient is stepping around a mop bucket. You set the window; we keep it.

The other half is consistency. Commercial cleaning fails slowly — a skipped ledge here, restrooms restocked less often there — until the space quietly looks neglected. A written scope agreed before the first visit, worked as a checklist every time, is what stops that drift.

Typical clients are small offices, professional practices, law and accounting firms, salons, clinics and small retail. The company is insured and bonded, which matters when a crew has keys and alarm codes to a business.

    What’s included?

The scope below is our starting template. Before the first visit we walk your space and agree in writing exactly which tasks happen every visit and which happen weekly or monthly.

    What’s not included?

These fall outside a standard commercial contract. Several can be added as scheduled projects at a separate price — ask, and we will quote them honestly.

    • Floor stripping, waxing, buffing and burnishing
    • Carpet steam extraction and upholstery shampooing
    • Exterior window washing and anything above ground floor outside
    • Snow removal, sidewalk salting and landscaping
    • Medical sharps, regulated medical waste and biohazard cleanup
    • Industrial, warehouse and food-production sanitation
    • IT equipment: we clean around keyboards and screens, not inside devices
    • Consumable supplies unless the contract states we supply them
    • Sorting, shredding or moving documents and files
    • Maintenance work: bulbs, filters, plumbing and repairs

    What drives the price?

Commercial pricing is per visit under a recurring schedule, based on the scope we agree in writing. These are the variables behind the number.

    Square footage and layout
Open-plan floors clean faster per square foot than a warren of private offices, so we price the layout rather than the footage alone.
    Number of restrooms
Restrooms drive commercial pricing the way they drive residential pricing. Fixture count and daily traffic both matter.
    Visit frequency
Five nights a week costs less per visit than once a week, because less accumulates between visits. Most small offices land on two or three visits weekly.
    Foot traffic and use type
A quiet accounting office is not a busy salon or a walk-in clinic. Traffic decides how often floors, glass and restrooms need real attention.
    Condition at the start
If a previous provider let standards drift, we quote a one-time reset clean first, then the recurring price reflects a space already at standard.
    Access, parking and alarms
Keys, fobs, alarm codes, loading-dock rules and shared-elevator restrictions all affect how long a visit actually takes.
    After-hours windows
Evenings and early mornings are standard. Weekends, overnight windows or a narrow one-hour slot are priced accordingly.
    Supplies and consumables
We can supply and restock paper, soap and liners, or work from your stock. Either way it is stated in the scope so nothing is assumed.

    How it works

    1. 1

      Walkthrough and free written quote

We visit the space, agree the task list and the frequency, and send a written scope and price. Nothing starts until you have both in hand.

    2. 2

Recurring visits with the same crew

The same cleaners keep your account and your window. They learn your alarm, your supply closet and your priorities, which keeps quality stable.

    3. 3

      Review and re-clean guarantee

Tell us within 48 hours if something on the agreed scope was missed and we return to correct it at no charge. We review the scope with you as your needs change.

    Frequently asked questions

Do you clean offices after business hours?

Yes — evenings, early mornings and weekends are the norm for our commercial accounts. Nobody wants a vacuum running during client calls or patient appointments. You tell us the window your building allows, and the crew works inside it consistently rather than showing up whenever suits us.

    Do you restock restroom supplies?

Yes. Restrooms are disinfected and restocked with soap, paper towels and toilet tissue at every visit, and we tell you when stock is running low before you run out. We can supply the consumables ourselves or work from your inventory, whichever the written scope says.

Is J&B Pro Cleaning insured and bonded for commercial work?

Yes, the company is insured and bonded, and every cleaner is background-checked before entering a client site. That matters for commercial accounts because our crews routinely hold keys, fobs and alarm codes for spaces that hold client records and equipment.

How do you stop cleaning quality from slipping over time?

With a written scope agreed before the first visit and worked as a checklist every single time, plus the same crew keeping the account. Quality drift happens when nobody has written down what a visit includes, so tasks quietly disappear. We also review the scope with you as the space changes.

What kinds of businesses do you clean?

Small offices, professional practices such as law and accounting firms, salons, clinics and small retail spaces across New Hampshire and southern Maine. We do not take on warehouse, industrial or food-production sanitation, because those need equipment and certifications outside what we do well.

Offices that were just built out or renovated should start with post-construction cleaning before a recurring contract begins — otherwise construction dust keeps reappearing on desks and vents and makes the nightly crew look careless.

If a space has been let go for a while, we usually quote a one-time deep cleaning first and then hold it with recurring visits. Many of our commercial clients also book recurring house cleaning for their own homes on the same account.
