This policy explains what J&B Pro Cleaning collects when you request a quote on this website, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

What information do we collect?

Only what you type into our quote form: your name, email address, phone number, the town and state of the property, the service and frequency you want, basic details about the space, your timeline and any message you add. We also record which page the form was sent from, the referring website and your browser's user agent, so we can tell how requests reach us.

How do we use it?

To answer your request: to prepare a written quote, to contact you about scheduling, and to keep a record of work we have quoted or performed. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Who else can see it?

Our service providers only, and only to deliver the request: our hosting and database provider stores the submission, and an email delivery service sends the notification to us. Those providers act on our instructions. We also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long do we keep it?

Quote requests are kept while they are useful for servicing your account and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. Any storage in your browser is technical and needed for the site to work.
