Privacy policy

This policy explains what J&B Pro Cleaning collects when you request a quote on this website, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

What information do we collect?

Only what you type into our quote form: your name, email address, phone number, the town and state of the property, the service and frequency you want, basic details about the space, your timeline and any message you add. We also record which page the form was sent from, the referring website and your browser's user agent, so we can tell how requests reach us.

How do we use it?

To answer your request: to prepare a written quote, to contact you about scheduling, and to keep a record of work we have quoted or performed. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Who else can see it?

Our service providers only, and only to deliver the request: our hosting and database provider stores the submission, and an email delivery service sends the notification to us. Those providers act on our instructions. We also disclose information if the law requires it.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from J&B Pro Cleaning or J&B Drywall & Paint (J&B Pro Drywall Inc), we use your phone number only to send appointment-related messages: reminders, "on the way" notices and a post-service feedback request. Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per service visit. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or by calling or texting (978) 961-5559.

How long do we keep it?

Quote requests are kept while they are useful for servicing your account and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
